I thought what's on the menu was an amazing topic. If I had to pick a favourite part it would have to be making the banana recipes my favourite one to taste was the Banana Curry it was a twist on the original curry.
I have to say I think the Banana Curry was also my favourite of the recipes that the class made. I certainly am going to use that recipe again the next time I cook curry. I am looking forward to seeing the recipe book completed.
I have to agree with you two, the Banana Curry was absolutely the tastiest I have ever eaten. The aromas, whilst it was cooking, were devine! Hopefully, the recipe book is available now as we managed to complete it on Friday, special thanks to my assistants Danielle and Harry. Happy cooking everyone!
